It's Nagna Yoga and I've seen it in India and Germany. I've never tried it but don't see an issue with it. The new "hot nude" yoga? Wouldn't do it. Hot yoga is pretty sweaty and I like the layer of clothes to keep the mat dryer.

Minimal clothes to nude isn't that big a step.

I love this video. I don't do arm balances and have no desire to do them, but am still always inspired by this video.
