I quit smoking this year, am peri-menopausal, and put on weight like crazy in the past few months. It's time to take control of this. If only hot flashes burned calories??? Friend me if you get a chance, could always use support and encouragement.

Hi! I'm also perimenopausal and I've put on a bunch of weight recently as well. It's SO hard to lose it! I had a bunch of tests and my doctor said, "Yep. That's what hormones will do. I put on 40 pounds when I started menopause." So depressing! It's nice to know I'm not the only one struggling.0
