hello all! New mum xx

Hi all

I'm a happy New mum to a 2 and a half week old little boy who is looking now to sort out my (and my partners) dietary rabbits while our little man is still small. We don't want him growing up with our ingrained bad habits! I currently find myself at my heaviest ever and even though I'm still recovering from an emergency c section I'm determined to get this diet started and get myself much fitter so that I can enjoy my son as he grows! I want him to know there is more to life than computers and tv! Though limited on what I can do exercise wise atm my legs still work, and if I can walk I can burn calories :).

I would love to have a few friends on here to help keep me motivated! I have Avery long journey ahead and I MUST keep focused on my goal! No more go-to dieting for me!

    Congratulations on the new bub! That's great that you've joined mfp so soon after having him - good on you! Even if you can't exercise, this isgreat just for monitoring your calorie intake.
