110% motivated / 40 years / 50 lb to lose / Looking for motivated buddies

Hey,
I've been at this for a long time now... and although the weight isn't melting off as fast as I'd like it to, I know I am getting stronger and stronger every day. I believe in eating all in moderation. I workout 5-7 times a week, both at the gym (alone and with a personal trainer) and by playing badminton or cycling/walking/rollerblading/snowshoeing.
I am fully motivated and looking for more buddies for meal ideas and tips. Please only add if you are willing to share your diary and if you are solution-focused vs. "the victim".
I am in the Eastern time zone.
