I used one 4 sessions a week for 20 minutes and over 8 months my body literally shrank. I could see the muscle definition too. It was amazing. I brought one for home and even though I know how good they are I don't use it often enough to see results this time.0

Put this in the same category as the ab-doer, the ab circle, the flex belt or any other device that promises to "shrink" your body or distroy body fat through a "magic" method.
Less calories in that out = weight loss
Lift weights (on a good program) = save muscle, build muscle, and get stronger
Wash, rinse, repeat until desired results.0
