Hello! New guy here :D

Hey everyone! So I decided to give this website a try and see how things go :).

I started working out and eating healthy about 3 weeks ago so I can lose weight and be happy with myself. Before, I used to be athletic and very active but my lifestyle changed and I stopped being active which lead to gaining weight over the years.

So far my weight is at 188 Lbs, I started 3 weeks ago at 195.4 Lbs and I wanna lose about 48-47 Lbs before March 26 when my sister is getting married because I wanna look nice in a suit lol. :D After that I still gotta get rid of some more pounds to reach a healthy weight for my height.
