Time for a change

Hi everyone! I'm Courtney, I have always struggled with my weight and have never been confident about it. In high school I used to tell myself that it was okay I weighed a little more since I was working out every day ( I was on a swim team and weighed around 145 and I was 5'4) and told myself it was muscle. I would try every unhealthy route, starving myself, making myself become ill, nothing was a permanent fix. But now that I am in my second year of college I realized that something really needs to change as I have reached a new high weight. I've tried diets before but I can never make it all of the way through, which is why I'd love any motivation I could get (:
