Help! Muscle Question

I was wondering if ya'll had any tips for sore muscles. I used to take ice baths when I was a dancer ( ballet dancer you Pervy ppl you :) lol)but frankly I do not feel like freezing my butt off in an ice bath. So what are some suggestions for sore calves and such? I'm stretching eating bananas using ice packs but it's just not helping.:/
