Night off low carb - how long to get back?

Hi I have lost 42Ilbs doing low carb diet and have 38 still to go. As you can tell I am in this for the long haul. Because of this I am ok about having the odd night off for socialising. I went to a BBQ on Friday night and had some corn chips and lots of pina colada.
I have no problem with doing this and have stayed in ketosis but usually i would have shifted half a pound by now (I went straight back on Saturday and have been sticking to it ever since).
I just wondered how long it takes for you on a low carb diet to go back to losing weight after a night off.
Would be useful to know in order to manage my expectations.
Thank you
Clutter

about a day I would think, depending how much you eat - a 500 calorie deficit should empty out the glycogen tanks again.0

almost always 4 days for me.
If I have > 100 carbs on a Sunday, for example, then the weight loss that is hidden by the extra carbs will magically drop off on Thursday morning.
This includes 4 days of 500 cal deficits and 1000 calorie burns. They just do nothing for 4 days and then bam. 1 1/2 pounds disappears.0 -
Thank you. Will see how i do tomorrow. Four days seems about right.0
