Really? I've heard the opposite about canola oil for years (apparently the US has issues with referring to the oil as rapeseed oil).0

Today's rapeseed oil is a genetic engineered product. It was introduced into the US as Canadian oil and renamed canola oil for marketing. The original rapeseed oil was grown to produce a lubricant oil. It was labeled not for human consumption because original natural rapeseed oil was toxic.0

Yeah - he's got a 5:2 book out. Lots of wild claims there......maybe he's becoming the UK version of Dr. Oz?.
I'm not saying 5:2 is a decent way to lose weight....but all the medical claims in the book are based on anecdotal evidence.0 -
