Motivating one another! and weight loss surgery!!

Hi Guys,

I've recently had the Vertical sleeve done (1 week ago) and wanted to know if about everyone's own experience with surgery. I've lost 5KG so far which is amazingly awesome balls! but also worries that I'll have heaps of excess skin.. Obviously that will happen, but maybe I can win the weight loss race first with my body and tone up faster then my weight comes off!
Only problem is I can't go gym yet! :(

Feel free to add me on here guys! it's always nice watching others go through their weight loss journey! we can motivate each other along the way :)
