    These may not be cardio specific but I'll give you my favorites. Pop Pilates or Blogilates, ditto on FitnessBlender, Bodyrock.tv, Frugal Fitness and Jenny Ford Fitness. If all you feel like doing is walking, the Leslie Sansone videos are good but I can't listen to her...I have to turn off the sound and just follow along.
