No to all of the above. Not necessary.0

Your organs are already detoxing your body. If they are not, you should see a doctor immediately. Weight loss is accomplished through a calorie deficit, not through "detoxing."0

Your body detoxes itself.0

You're undergoing a body detox every minute of every day. You have a liver and kidneys to remove "toxins" and unwanted elements and waste from your body. If you really want to make a difference, do things, eat things, and live in such a way that supports your liver, kidneys, and the rest of the vast system that purifies you on a daily basis! No need for a "detox" plan or anything, living healthy is the best detox plan there is:) Best of luck OP! You (and your liver and kidneys and whatnot) have this covered!0

No, no, nooooo.........
There is no reason to detox your body, as it naturally detoxes all by itself.
Set your goals up in My Fitness Pal for your desired weekly loss and stick to the calorie goals and you will lose weight.
The bottom line for weight loss is a calorie deficit. Anything outside of that is preference.
Good luck!

@janelim333 I will jump for joy if you could name just ONE toxin you are trying to remove from your body. I ask this question whenever anyone mentions detoxing and no-one can answer this one very simple question. Because I always assume that if someone is doing a detox that they would obviously know what it is they're "detoxing"..0
