need help creating a food plan...

Can anyone help me create a food plan I can stick too. What's foods etc. Not counting macros at present just calories.

Eat foods you like, maintain a calorie deficit. That's all there is to it. No special foods needed.0

A food plan is very individualist as it is created with the clients habitual diet in mind. I don't know what food you normally eat so I can't help you make one. But I would suggest creating a plan that's not to far from your norm for example if you drink 7 cups of coke a day rather than just saying I'm going to cut coke completely try to reduce the amount and change to diet coke instead. Portion size is very important so also think about how much your eating of each macro. I know you said your not macro counting but it's important to know roughly how much of each your eating as this could effect your goals.0
