Food Disorder

I hate to poison this place with this topic but i find talking to people with like problems is just back tracking me. Eating disorders. I have one. I lost 100 lbs over the course of 2 years (not all at once. I lost 40lbs 2 years ago. Stayed at 210 for a year. Gained 10lbs and lost nearly 75lbs in the last 8 months from the eating disorder) I am recovering mentally but at a normal body weight i can exercise still. My body is now a little bit fat and skin.

I am recovering all on my own. No doctors. (Can't afford) i use fruit as a binge food. Which i can hardly consider binging. I eat normal amounts of food when i "binge". I just need healthy body toning advice since i don't have as much muscle as i use too.
I don't think my body is as bad off as most anorexic women considering i did start at a pretty high muscle (i had a natural athletic body type especially in my legs)and body fat mass.
