Restart (Again)

Hello,
I'm toph (nickname from the guys at work, the least offensive nickname I have ever had )
I just turned 30, and am trying to get past my current road block.
Background: almost 2 years ago, i started a new job, as the one before sucked the life out of me and I ballooned up to 300lbs (am 6'5" for context). that was also the year my son was born, so that removed anytime that I could get for workouts (was doing p90x before then). Fast forward to about 3 months ago, me and my wife decided enough was enough, and started to eat better. At this point i was at 257 lbs. At my lowest i got to 245 . Currently i am back up to 253. My goal is to get to 230 or lower. This week i decided to not eat any sweets. I am also doing the 6 week challenges (push-ups, sit-ups, dips and squats) and am getting ready for a 5k run in September.
If anyone is looking for an accountability partner, let me know
