So over the last month I have lost a total of 4 lbs. But since January I have lost a total of 58 lbs so my weight was bound to slow down. And 58 lbs is great in 1/2 year. But I am finding myself depressed about these 4 lbs in the last month. I know that I shouldn't I know that if someone else was saying this that I would tell them that their weight loss is just slowing down and to just stick with it and you'll be more likely to keep it off. And 3 of those 4 lbs happened this last week.

Why is it that we have such a hard time listening to what we would tell other people? I'm still going to stick with it still wake up workout and watch what I eat. I have PCOS and I want to have a baby so I know I need to push through this period where I am losing weight a little slower than I am use to. When I start loosing weight I do lose fast but when it slows down it slows down.

I always start my advice with, "Hello pot...my name's kettle..." I acknowledge that I don't always follow my own advice, but I think it's just a human failing that we always judge ourselves harsher than we view other people.
