Decided I'm going to get six pack. But I've heard a lot about abs are made in kitchen. Is this true? If so can anyone give me some tips for food diets and what time of day I should be eating for six pack? Anything is helpful. Thanks !

Lose enough weight so you have a low percentage of body fat. Losing the layer of fat covering your stomach will "reveal" your abs.
It's not meals or timing. Track all your meals, snacks, etc....you can't out exercise a bad diet.0 -
Made in the kitchen is more like "revealed" by eating less food, losing fat, and hoping you have some muscle underneath the fat to show through.0

When you eat doesnt matter, how many calories you eat to lose fat for your abs to show does. You still have to work the abs muscles so when the fat is gone they show better. Ever see a runner who is super lean but no abs show? Or any other muscles for that matter. Because they dont care to work them out.0
