Cutting Macros

Could someone please check my macros for cutting ? I've lost 12 pounds last month and I think I've just hit plateau. My stats are 148, 5'10". And my macros are 250:230:55 Carbs:Protein:Fats. Calorie intake is 2500 and maintenance comes up to 3,200. I train high volume six days in a week. I train high volume and my work outs are extremely intense. I don't socialise at the gym.. My weight has remained the same for two weeks now, could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong ?

Lower the carbs by 30 and increase the fats by 30 to see what happens. Your carbs shouldn't be above your protein like that on a cut anyways.0

Going to have to disagree with this.
If you really are working out as intensely as you say, you'll need the carbs to fuel you through. Can you provide stats on body fat% and goals?

Im cutting at the moment and I usually do 1-1.5 of protein per pound of body weight, 0.5 gram of fat per pound of body weight then fill the rest up with carbs. When I hit a plateau I lower the carbs so that I am reducing 100 calories for the following week. It's how iv always cut and it's worked for me. U can play around with the carbs and fats according to ur preferred choice of foods, foods with carbs or (healthy) fatty foods.0

Your macros are fine if that's how you like it
your fats could increase - aiming for 60g at minimum
your protein is over the minimum of 0.64-.0.8g per lb bodyweight
maybe it's just that weight loss isn't linear or you need more rest days?
I'd only worry about stall in scale weight if it lasts over 6 weeks
what is your BF% and what are you aiming for?Could someone please check my macros for cutting ? I've lost 12 pounds last month and I think I've just hit plateau. My stats are 148, 5'10".
