I would like to know tips and tricks on bodybuilding for the women's body. Foods as well.

There aren't tricks, maybe tips. Diet depends on what your goals are-whether you still have fat to lose, or if you're ready to bulk, or want to recomp.
What are your goals? I might not be the biggest help but if you post your goals, perhaps some of the more serious bodybuilders can help you better.0 -
