Burning in the bottoms of the feet

I had a question, the past couple of days I've been walking in the morning about 2-3 miles and the bottoms of my feet burn and sting so badly when I return that walking on them the rest of the day is torture. I know it may be the shoes and I don't have diabetes or neuropathy but what else could the cause be? Is it simply because I've started walking again? Any suggestions on how to stop the burning sensation and pain? I am going to get a pair of gel insoles but not sure that will help the problem either and I'm going to wear a different pair of shoes but I wore these same ones yesterday and my feet didn't feel like this. They hurt so bad it feels like there are blisters but there actually aren't any I hate standing up at this point!

Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!
