90 calories in a fun size peanut m and m bag? There are exactly 5 pieces in the bag...that seems extreme!

    I just googled, there are 10 calories per m and m..i can handle that. My bag is obviously on the skimpy side

    10 calories per m and m? They are my favourite and we've a load left over from Halloween. I'm going to savour every last one of them!

    - looking at leftover grand cinnamon bun and logged it - now can't eat it.
    MFP works for me, because i log info first.
    teaches me look first then cross the street.

    This works a lot for me too. I like the "look first then cross the street" analogy.
