Hey there...
Guess my user name says quite a bit about me...don't stalk me.
I'm Amanda, a L&D nurse, mom, wife and constant battler of finding that amazing balance with my weight.
Long story short over the last 6 years I've lost and kept off over 150 pounds, I play with 15-20 pounds which I know isn't optimal BUT I won't lie I'm very proud of maintaining the 150 I've lost. I am by far the healthiest and fittest I've ever been in my life (I have always been "morbidly obese" probably form the age of 16-30.) So for a happy fat girl most of my life I'm blown away at times when I'm running and think "Holy CRAP, I'm running!" That being said I am a work in progress and I will always try to keep improving.
I've ran two half marathons and workout about 5-6 days a week, that is the easy part, food is my nemesis. Although my "bad" eating is nothing like it use to be but I can easily get lost in a couple cheat days and it's been 1 month and I'm up 8 pounds. I've done my best when I use MFP so I'm reaching out in hopes to have some friends on here to hold me accountable and hopefully I can help them as well!
I have my workout calendar all planned out and I'm ready to do this!
Please feel free to add me, I promise to help support you!
