Hi - I've been an off and on MyFitnessPal user for the past several years, but have never been very consistent. I have yet to figure out how to use social pressure to be more compliant. As an example, I am downright obsessive over Fitbit and getting my daily steps because Fitbit gives me a weekly summary and ranks me against all of my friends. I want to be at the top!
What tools, either within the app or in the real world, do you all use to challenge and motivate your friends to use MyFitnessPal?

Well, first off feel free to add me as a friend. From a motivation standpoint, I read the threads in my MFP feed and I enjoy getting cheers from my friends when I've lost weight or had a good workout. And I use Fitbit as well, so let me know your email and we can connect there too!
