I began walking about two weeks ago and began monitoring my diet at the same time. I can't see any results but my question is does anyone know when I should see something

Depends on the person. For me, after three months I didn't see much, but after 5 definitely.0

Thank you because I can feel a difference but can't see one yet0

What kind of results are you looking for? If it is weight loss, then you should see it quickly if you are really eating less than you burn. If you are looking for fitness results, they may come a bit slower but they will come. You have to have a baseline to measure to see how much you are improving.0

Somewhere between a month and never.0

So much depends on how much you have to lose, and what your goals are.
In terms of weight...body size, fat loss....for me I saw weight drop pretty quickly, but didn't really notice a change in clothing size etc for about 6 weeks. I noticed the mirror after about 2 months and it took about 4 months for everyone else to notice.
cardio gains came even quicker0
