One week down!

OK, so new to this. Started at 208lbs and haven't weighed again yet. Need to lose some weight and start exercise... Which is really my issue... Never exercised before in my life. So I guess baby steps right?

    Yes. It takes time to gain weight so naturally it takes time to lose it. Slow but steady is the key, in my opinion.

    I'm new here too! Its my first week as well and I'm afraid to get on the scale cause I might not see any results,but I've lost weight before and I know I can doit again. So I'm in this journey with you! :)
