haven't worked out in a while, advice?

heyy!! I haven't worked out in some time now. I am looking for some simple, beginner workouts to get started with.

How long is awhile, and what workouts were you doing before?
If you're looking for beginner stuff, I'd recommend Fitnessblender.com - free workout videos, huge variety, and modifications for all levels. Plus they have a handy search feature so you can enter what you're looking for - length of workout, bodyweight only, yoga, pilates, strength, cardio, etc. Check 'em out.0 -

If it were me, I'd start with body weight exercises, and ease back into it. Nothing worse than starting too fast and not being able to walk (let alone run!) for a couple of days because you're so sore 9been there, done that!).
But any time I've had to take a break for a time, I've found that easing back in, 20-30 minute workouts, body weight only, working to build of flexibility & strength again, has been effective and very doable. Good luck!0 -
