What do you wear?

Naked?

Because dang our house is cold on winter mornings. But I know my pj's weigh a pound or so (I wear lots of layers!).

    Once a week, wake up, go to bathroom, disrobe and weigh in. Our house is nice and cold in the winter

    When I am cold in the morning, I first turn the shower on hot water and let it get good and steamy. :) Get on scale, get off, and jump in hot shower. I hate being cold. lol

    I hop on the scale right before my shower in the AM. That way even if it's cold I'm stripping down anyway.
