I'm back. Again. This frigging sucks. I know what I'm supposed to do. I know how I should do it and here I am 20 pounds heavier now than the beginning of 2015. I DID just see my doctor the other day and she is running some blood tests on me because she thinks my "issues" are hormonal. I do know that there have been some days this year that I've been such a heinous b**** that I can't even stand myself! I've also gotten an MRI scheduled for one of my knees that I have OA in and it's totally bone on bone - TKR is being talked about so yeah, I have to get some weight off. Sooner rather than later. I am just looking for assurance (?) that I'm not the only one who has tried this time after time after time. My road is paved with good intentions....now, if I can just reach the stirrup to get back in the saddle.

You're not the only one!!!! I think this is my 6th time. I can lose the weigh "easily" enough IFI'm motivated and committed and then BAM something with tweak my determination and I'll fall off the wagon. Last thing that happened was my home gym flooded and it was just so devastating to me that I lost all motivation. That was 6 months ago. Let's just say I REALLY enjoyed the Summer and am now paying for it. I think we have the issues with my home gym figured out and it's all cleaned up and I have new motivation. I also almost always reach my goal weight and have a hard time with maintenance, so that's something I need to address in a few months. I've been having knee pain in my left knee for about a year and I've been told I need to go to PT for 8 weeks before an MRI will be done. Well, there's the problem...I don't (can't afford to) have the time to take off work to go to PT!!!! So, not really sure what's causing the pain. Good luck with your knee and your journey!! Just wanted to let you know we're paving the same road!!!!

Motivation is so hard for me as well. I WANT to do this and I NEED to but I just don't. I really have to change my way of thinking. The more people motivating each other the more better the odds of success! Will send you an add!
