Hello out there I'm starting my health kick and would love support and dinner ideas eating the same dinner for 5 days in a row now help me haha would love to chat and swoop ideas

Hi - friend me! I have lost 65 lbs over the last 18 months. Dinners are easy for me. Focus on lean protein and veggies, with just a bit of carb. Lean protein I like: Chicken breast, pork tenderloin, sirloin steak, 90/10 ground beef. I make veggies just about any way - roasted, steamed, microwaved (when I am in a hurry), sauteed - key is seasoning. I use a lot of lemon juice on mine. My husband can't have a meal without carbs, so I usually have a small amount - rice, potato, bread is a real treat. I don't eat pasta anymore because I find I cannot have just a little!0
