I need all the help I can get! My goal weight loss is 78 pounds. I sometimes lose the willpower to stay on a diet. So I thought I would check this out. My family does not support me at all. My husband who is a truck driver and is only home on weekends will go to the store and buy all my favorite fattening foods, because he knows I will eat it if it's here. And my daughter, who is close to my size, who claims she wants to lose weight, also won't help me stick to a diet. She is always running to dairy queen and sometimes will just buy me something. I'm tired of living like this! Help!!! Please!!!

Hi! I"m in the same boat, only my husband doesn't need to lose weight so he just eats crap all the time. He even offers me cakes and icecream when he knows what I'm trying to do! I think he's getting the point now, but it's still very hard! This website has really helped me so far.

I live with 2 family members and both are
absolute garbage eaters. Honestly it is up to
you, how bad do you want this? What you need
to do is begin a list of foods you will be eating
and fill up on healthy if you're a snacker celery,
cabbage, carrots are good. If you're not a
snacker make yourself a strict eating plan for
your meals. When blood sugars spike we become
excessively hungry and that's where binging occurs.
As far as the bad foods you'll encounter when
your hubby is home, completely avoid them. If he
realises you are serious he should slowly back you
on your better lifestyle. I've shown mine and he's
with me all week long. He also eats his food in front
of me. Sometimes it bothers me, mostly it doesn't.
I once weighed more than 300 and have lost 130+.
