Best deskercises?

I spend about 90% of my work day walking around. The other 10%? Sitting at a desk, doing nothing. I need some deskercises so I can keep my muscles working and moving, even while sitting! Best suggested deskercises?

    I sometimes do a little improve pilates type things... leg scissors, etc.

    Other than rolling your shoulders or stretching your triceps/delts I can't see what actual exercise one can accomplish at the desk. When I need a break from sitting I just get up (because of all the water I drink), but its not like you're sitting all that much if only 10% of your day is at a desk.
