    I cry. I'm very sensitive so crying usually helps then I put on my makeup and do my hair and by the time I'm done I feel so much better.

    I normally have my best workouts on these days. All those thoughts go out the window when I'm squatting or deadlifting over 500lbs.

    I definitely have some rum on the shelf in those cases. I can't seem to find the desire to work out when I feel that way, but it would be great if I could channel that in somehow.
