Trying it out

Hello; I'm actually a WWer, but trying out MFP to track in tandem. I gained some weight which I lost in 2012, & I've been @ or below my goal weight since then. I lost & maintained on WW. I've had about 7lbs creep back on, with portion sizes creeping up, & too many treats sneaking in. I've continued to exercise quite a bit. I've been tracking again on WW but I think MFP might help me get a hold on hidden points (calorie)...like too much fruit & veg. I'm looking forward to seeing how I get on. Cheers!

Welcome to the boards! I personally prefer MFP over WW, but that's just me. It's calories that count, right? Anyway, I know you'll find lots of support and encouragement here.0

Thank you for the welcome. I'm finding it interesting comparing tracking on both apps, has definitely led me to cutting down on amounts of fruit I eat.0
