Reconstructing a house....relating to fitness

Scenario: Jacked up house that belonged to a hoarder. Inside there's lots of cool stuff to see on the walls and even the structure and architecture, but it's cluttered so much inside you can't see nothing. So since it's just one person, it's gonna take time.

Fitness relation: One is really overweight and totally out of shape. Gonna take time.

Scenario: It's been about 2 months now and lots of stuff has been cleared out. Can actually see the walls and decor now.

Fitness relation: Lost some body fat now and muscle shape and definition are starting to appear.

Scenario: Looking to do some reconstruction. Want to make some rooms larger. So tearing down some rooms and heading down to home improvement store to buy materials to do it.

Fitness relation: Building muscle. Can't build more without more protein and calories. Like increasing the size of a house, you can't do it without adding more lumber and material. People who believe building muscle on calorie deficit (general population) may now understand more what's really going on.

Scenario: Obviously this will cost some money. In fact the investment looks daunting. But people looking from the outside think, "Holy ****, this house is the bomb!" and don't see the cost factor.

Fitness relation: The damn scale don't matter. How you look, feel and having clothing size and fit well that you like do. And others will see it.

Hope that makes it clearer.
