I'm not on that, but was on a very restrictive diet. I got REALLY sick of eating the same things all the time. I was so sick of it!

If there are foods that fit into your diet that you haven't tried, TRY THEM. If you don't absolutely hate them, keep preparing them in different ways until you find some that you like. Combine different foods to find combinations you enjoy.

Hop on board the spice train! Use herbs and spices...and for the dry ones (not fresh tyhme, which can be bought in most grocery stores, but dry ones), try to buy good quality, fresh ones online and not those sad excuses in the McCormick jars at the grocery store. World Spice Market has a huge selection and Penzey's has a bunch, too. WSM packages arrive at my door faster. WSM is just about as far away from me as two places in America can be, while Penzey's has a store three hours from me, by car. Still, the WSM packages arrive quicker. They also have a bigger selection. So, I go with WSM. But Penzey's, for some reason, is much more popular. Might be the cute heart logo. :)

Restrictive diets are easier to stick to when you add as much variety as you can, so get yourself some herbs and spices and start trying!
