High protein, low carb, low fat pizza recipe

I just cooked this High protein pizza, great for fat loss.


Serves 2

Macros per pizza: 50g protein, 25g carbs, 10g fat

Cooking time 15mins

Ingredients:

220g raw green prawns
125g Kraft High protein cheese
1 packet Leggos pizza sauce (garlic onion and herbs)
2 Mission multigrain tortillas
2 big mushrooms chopped thin
1 tomato thin sliced
1/2 onion chopped fine
1/2 capsicum
Master foods Thai seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method:

Chuck all the ingredients except the cheese on the pizza with the prawns on the top and cook in a 200C pre heated oven for 10 mins, until prawns are orange in colour. Take pizzas out and spread 125g of high protein cheese on the two pizzas and cook for a further 5 mins until cheese is golden brown. That's it! Easy high protein pizzas, great for weight loss or a lean muscle gain diet, try them out and let me know how it went.
