I crossfit :-) I will have done one month of real WOD (had a month of introduction classes) on the 27th and I am going to upload progress pictures because it is showing very clearly without the pictures, so it has already done wonders for me so look for progress pictures on the 27th of June :-)0

I crossfit as well, and i'm totally in love with what it's done for me physically and mentally. it's such a challenge, but the strengths gained are fantastic! My profile picture is a 5 month progress shot, although i'm actually 13 months in now!! ((Waiting for final goal to update again, i want it to be night and day difference!))

I've been doing CrossFit for a year now and absolutely love it! It is by far the most intense 20min I've done working out but so worth it. My strength, stamina, fat loss, muscle gain are all changing in the right direction because of it. I know that the moves and routines may not be new but they are definitely reinvented. Moreover, the support from ANYONE in crossfit is amazing. You're on my FL so look at some of my before photos and look at newer ones. That's the difference. I'm not to goal yet but I know with CrossFit I'll get there. The best thing is it's not boring - I haven't done the same routine twice.0

I just started - my third class is tomorrow. I like it.
I was doing body pump for strength workouts, but got so bored. After 3 yrs of it, it's the same exercises, same routines, just set to different music. crossfit is a breath of fresh air0 -
I started almost 10 weeks ago, and I love love love it!! It is not! Boring. It is AWESOME. It makes you feel better and the results are amazing. I am not Paleo, I just cleaned up my diet a little and I am down about 10 lbs since starting crossfit, but over 4" in my waist. Awesome! I feel so much stronger and confident. YEAH.. I do cross fit.0
