Not new. Just needing food ideas.

Still working hard. Second year of crossfit over and have switched to climbing. Struggling to keep the diet in check, when I was used to eating pretty much whatever I wanted. Whole 30, paleo seem to be the 2 lifestyles that work the best for me.

    I don't have any food ideas for you, but welcome to the boards! I have been eating a ton of salads. I never thought I would be able to take the time and trouble to make salads but now I find I actually enjoy it!
