Looking for help to regain my momentum

I was doing really well with my diet and workout schedule and was hardly missing a beat until I had to have a full shoulder reconstruction several months ago. I'm still in the recovery process but I am able to do the same amount of cardio I was before (2 hours of cross training on my stationary bike). My problem is that I am having a really difficult time finding the motivation to get back in to a routine so I'm looking for someone who can relate so we can help motivate & hold each other accountable.
