    I'm 5ft 2 in and I keep to around 1500 I've lost 40.5lbs so far 23 lbs to go till I'm in the healthy weight bracket.

    I do go over my goal often but try my best to keep to it and the closer I get to it the quicker the weight comes off.

    1200 is too low for me I don't keep to it and binge if I do x

    I'm 5'1" and have lost 46 pounds, looking to get down to 115 to maintain between 115 and 120. I'm down to 124 right now. :) If I do no exersise or activity, I have to really stick to around 1200-1300 calories because my loss with that is only about .3 pounds per week, if that. I try to do between 3-6 miles of treadmill walking per day, along with some hand weights.

    I should add that the treadmill is so I get some activity and so I can eat more. :)
