okay it's my first day back in fasting and eatin great. Workin out and livin life. You can see my diary to see what I do and yes it works. I'm a fasting guy so hey give a friend request for support and advice for each other lets do this!!

What do you mean by fasting? When do you eat? I do 18:6 -- eating around 8 pm because it fits into my work and sleep schedule.
