Healthy lunch ideas?

Options
I need some ideas to stay healthy avoiding bread products because that seems to be my weakness lol.

and i don't eat red meat (beef, pork and even fish) i only eat chicken, but any help would be awesome!

    If your looking for something hot, there's always brown rice with squash (or other veggies) and chicken breast with some soy sauce. The chicken and rice takes more prep but some days it's good to have a hot lunch. Also the deli style turkey/chicken with some avocado on a tomato or other low carb wrap is pretty good too, with spinach, tomato, or onions. Greek yogurt can be a low carb high protein option as well as small fruit and low fat string cheese.
