Love MFP

What's up everyone? I'm Ross. I'm sick of being overweight and have decided to officially take action. I've been cutting back my portions and walking at least 30 minutes per day and have already seen a good drop off in weight at 6lbs lost over the last two weeks. I'm very grateful for a tool like MFP and a community to share with. Best wishes to everyone with their goals and I look forward to making a few friends along the way with this journey.
