I'm trying to put on weight. So i added 500cal to my current maintenance cal.
The question is the calories i burn through out my workout should be added too? I have the polar watch to track the calories burned.

    If you choose very active and you add 500 cal more it enough but you have to test this number if you are weight increase that number is good for you if not you should add 200 cal more and test it , period of test 2 weeks you in eash week you should Measure your weight .

    If you know your maintenance just add 250 and dont worry about exercise calories. Its much easier to use the tdee method.
