Is this just me?

Sometimes after I eat a big meal and am overly full I feel like I am going to look into the mirror and see my old self. Does anyone else get this feeling sometimes? I know eating too much every now and then won't make a difference in the long run.

I get those feelings as well. It can be pretty discouraging to feel like that, but don't take it to heart. Keep up the good work. A splurge every once in a while won't completely tarnish your accomplishments. Focus on what's been done right and fix what you do wrong and move past it. People tend to brush their accomplishments off, attributing it to "luck" instead of realizing that they worked hard for it and internalizing failures or shortcomings. Internalize your accomplishments, not your failures.0
