Hey I'm a new mother. 23 years old 5'7. Before I got pregnant I was very active I had a 6 pack and was very toned. But since I've given birth I've been stuck at the same weight. No matter what I do the weight just won't come off. Is this normal for most women? Why is it so hard to lose baby weight???

I think your body shape changes once you have had a baby i know i store most of my fat around my middle now and after 3 kids my tummy is the most stubborn to shift the fat from. Just take your time, log everything, weigh all your food and keep active and im sure it will start to shift at some point.

Mine is also around my stomach also. I've been doing meal prep which helps but it's still hard before I had my daughter it was so easy to lose weight.

To be honest there wasn't a difference for me. Once I realized I had to stay in a deficit the weight came right off. Although there seems to be a lot more loose skin post-baby.
