Waste of money, hon. It's just another way for unscrupulous companies to make money. It won't do a thing for you that you can't do for yourself. Just nope.0

You really don't need it, just eat less than you burn and you will lose weight. Save your money for a nice dress0

In my experience, a lot of those over the counter diet pills don't work.0

I don't think I've ever seen any verifiable evidence that supports the supplement's claim but since I didn't do the research, I can't say with 100% certainty that there's absolutely zero validity to possible benefits. It's not like they were able to test it on the entire population to see if maybe someone gained some benefit from it. We're all different after all. Good luck finding what will work for you!0

It will make your wallet lighter. That's about the only loss you'll see from it.0 -
i have a garcinia cambogia shake for my breakfast some mornings, i use almond milk in it and i also add camu powder for extra vit c and chopped spinach leaves , i must say i realy enjoy it,its filling and its full of many vitamins and minerals and as im not a cereal lover i find it great , however not everyone would like it but i do. i have lost 14 kilos in about 6 months and i think it helps me but i dont pin the loss on that alone, i do count the calories on everything i eat of course ☺0

If it were truly a weight loss break through miracle, the researchers would be getting the Nobel prize for medicine not doing annoying ads that are made to look like real medical articles. Save your money.0
