I just read an article about how 90% of women are low in choline which is a b vitamin and naturally found in egg yolks. Anyone had experiences add.this.to your diet and seeing differences?

I didn't know this but I eat 4 eggs for breakfast six times a week (though not this morning because Sundays are French toast day!) Do you think that's enough? But good luck with achieving your Vit B goals!

Yes - eat one whole egg daily (2 ok). More deficient typically is B-12, and Magnesium. Take them both.

Choline isn't technically a vitamin at all, but gets lumped in with the Bs all the time. It is an essential nutrient, though. Our bodies can make some, but they say it's not enough, so we are supposed to get it from our diet: 425mg/day for women, 550mg/day for men; no more than 3500mg for anyone.

Eggs are a good source. :) So are peanuts, milk and liver...though maybe not together as it doesn't sound to appetizing. ;)
