Have Not Been Logging My Food For 2 Weeks And Still Losing

2 weeks ago I was within 22 lbs. of my goal, so I decided that it was time to start training myself to eat without logging my food, so that is what I did. Today I weigh 2 lbs. less than I did 2 weeks ago, and I only have 20 lbs. left to reach my goal weight.
Actually, I have reached my initial goal weight (170), but realized that 170 was still 2 lbs. into the overweight range according to the healthy weight chart for my age and height, so I changed it to 150 (right about in the middle of my healthy range (128 - 168)).
I was 225 (in the obese range) when I started this, and I owe most of my success to power walking 30 to 90 minutes every day. I have learned a lot about my eating habits over the past 11 months, and even though I can eat more than I used to because of the exercise, I have still learned to eat healthier for the most part.
I just think I should be able to eat right without having to count and measure food, and it seems to be working for me so far.

You're my hero, btw. lol I cannot diet off the last 7 lbs. So I'm starting power-walking regimen today. Wish me luck!0

Well done! I took a logging break a couple of weeks ago, and lost too. I'm nowhere near my target yet, but I just wanted to see if I could eat mindfully without weighing and noting everything. I'm back to logging again now though, because I don't want to push my luck.
I'd like to thank whoever put this into the database, you're a genius :-)
